RSIPF witness launching of by-law in Malaita Province

Malaita Provincial Police Commander (PPC) Chief Superintendent Stanley Riolo has witnessed the launching of by-law for Ulufera communities in the North East Malaita on 27 May 2021.

PPC Riolo says, “It is a good initiative that Ulufera communities also have decided to establish and launched a by-law for the good and betterment of their communities and the future generation. This is one of the activities that RSIPF have worked hard for it in the Crime Prevention Strategy.”

Chief Superintendent Riolo says, “This is a way we could go through in addressing social issues in our communities. I am happy that chiefs, elders, Church leaders and other stake holders involved in the Crime Prevention Committee (CPC) have work together to build a good community through this by-law.”

Communities covered under the Ulufera Council of chiefs and under the bye-law are;

• Kwai
