Righ Commandar RAPPP Paul Osborne and left Commissioner RSIPF Mr Mostyn Mangau at Buala Police Station with PPC Isabel
As part of the general review on the police infrastructure in the provinces, Commissioner of the Royal Solomon Island Police Force (RSIPF) Mr Mostyn Mangau and Royal Solomon Island Police Force (RSIPF) and Australian Federal Police (AFP) Policing Partnership Program (RAPPP) Commander, Paul Osborne has visited Buala Police Station on 19 October 2021.
Commissioner RSIPF and Commander RAPPP met with the Provincial Police Commander (PPC) Isabel Province and staff to provide important updates about budget administrative matters. Planning for the upcoming Pacific Games in 2023 and discussing general crime trends in Isabel Province.
The Commander RAPPP took the opportunity to brief the PPC on the next planned four years of capacity development assistance being provided to the RSIPF by the RSIPF and Australian Federal Police Policing Partnership Program.
The Commissioner intends to visit more stations and RSIPF Officers in the provinces in the lead up to the traditional Christmas period.
