Mr Sitai says, “Following this incident, chiefs of Wainoni and Santa Ana with the help of the police held a reconciliation meeting, to resolve the matter in a traditional way of making peace with both parties on 17 July 2022.”

“Appeals to the general public and members of the two parties to refrain from the issue and respect the initial settlement. Anyone who might have information regarding the matter can come forward and assist police with the investigation,” says PPC Sitai.
