Deputy Team Leader of CPLT Ji Yong says you overcome difficulties and pass all assessments during POM training

Deputy Team Leader, China Police Liaison Team (CPLT) Ji Yong says during the Public Order Management (POM) Training you overcame all the difficulties, passed all assessments and met the training requirements which fully reflected the spirit of the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force (RSIPF).

Deputy Team Leader Ji Yong says, “I felt the passion and enthusiasm shown by the police officers. Everyone is hardworking and disciplined. Overcome many difficulties including the high temperature, physical tiredness, and domestic difficulties.

Mr Ji says, “Some officers live in other Islands and every day they paddle their canoe to Tulagi to join the training. Some officers have to prepare their children before training, and some officers’ spouses are sick. Everyone has sacrificed a lot to accomplish the training program. But you overcame all the difficulties and passed all assessments, and met the training requirements which fully reflect the spirit of the Solomon Islands police force.”

Mr Ji says, “During the training, every instructor carefully prepared lessons, taught rigorously, exchanged opinions, shared their knowledge and skills with the trainees without reservation. They use their practical actions to show the excellent style of Professionalism, Friendship and High-efficiency of the Chinese Police.”

“I felt the deep friendship and strength of the police cooperation of China with the Solomon Islands. The participants and the instructors actively communicated and fully studied training actions, discussed tactical arrangements, and learned from each other,” says Mr. Ji.

He says, “I saw that China police and Solomon Islands police have been integrated together.

In order to maintain social stability and unity and protect the safety of the lives and property of its citizens.

The friendship between China and Solomon Islands is long-lasting.”

The Deputy Commissioner Ji says, “Although today is the closing ceremony, it is not the end but the beginning. This is a new chapter in the police cooperation between the two countries. I believe that through training, exchange and cooperation, the police of the two countries will work together to create a better future. Once again, congratulations on the successful completion of the training.”
