RSIPF brass band rock crowd during 41st second appointed day in Auki

The Royal Solomon Island Police Force (RSIPF) Police Band (PB) rocked the crowd in Auki during the 41st second appointed day with their entertainment display after the official parade on 15 August 2024.

Police band officers have displayed a few items on their playlist, which move the crowd and the high level visiting delegation.

Provincial Police Commander (PPC) Malaita Province, Chief Superintendent Tex Tafoa said, “Police in Auki and Auki Correctional Service Officers mount a parade during the official program for high-level dignitaries and diplomatic corps.”

PPC Tafoa said, “The guard of honour, Honourable Prime Minister, Mr. Jeremiah Manele and the Honourable Premier of Malaita Province was invited to the dais during the parade for general salute, parade inspection and match pass.”

Chief Superintendent Tafoa said, “I am happy with the performance of the police band, Auki police and Auki Correctional officers for the good performance which highlighted the 41st second appointed day celebration.”

“On the security, I am also overwhelmed by the good behaviour shown during the program even though there was a little bad weather in the morning but we have completed the program,” PPC Tafoa said.
