RSIPF Detectives complete five weeks training in Honiara
Twenty-one Detectives of the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force served under the Honiara City, Rove Headquarter and Guadalcanal have completed five weeks detective qualifying course today (25 October 2024).
RSIPF Assistant Commissioner (AC) Cooperate Support Stanley Riolo says, “The investigations qualifying modules were designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your investigation roles to drive RSIPF organization towards greater success.”
“Your enthusiasm, insightful contributions, and willingness to learn have been truly inspiring. The practical exercises and discussions demonstrated your ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios effectively,” AC Riolo adds.
“Investigators are the backbone of RSIPF organization, serving as a critical link between the police, Director Public Prosecution (DPP) office, Public Solicitor and the courts. Your roles are pivotal in investigation endeavours.”
“Empowered and skilled investigators like you are essential for navigating through the many investigation challenges in today's fast-paced crime landscape,” says AC Riolo.
Mr. Riolo encouraged participants to apply the insights and tools gained from this qualifying course to their daily investigation responsibilities and embrace the investigation qualities discussed, promote effective communication, and strive for excellence in all their endeavours.
He said contributions in your areas of investigation responsibilities will be instrumental in achieving the RSIPF organization's strategic objectives and sustaining our commitment to excellence.

Your expertise, guidance, and support have been invaluable in creating a meaningful and engaging learning experience.
