RSIPF appeals to victims of alleged demand for commission $200.00 on police clearance to report to PSII
The Royal Solomon Islands Police Force (RSIPF) is appealing to the victims of the alleged demand for the $200.00 commission on police clearance to come forward to the Professional Standard Internal Investigation (PSII) of the RSIPF.
Your police-RSIPF acknowledge the author of the news article and call on the victims to come forward and provide their statements to PSII so that a proper investigation is carried out and deal with those officers involved.

RSIPF Commissioner Mostyn Mangau said this is a sad incident, and my office is working closely with PSII to deal with those officers involved. But to make it happen, police need the victims to come forward and report the matter to PSII.
Commissioner Mangau said as part of the investigation of such cases, the victim must come forward to produce their statement for investigation. This will help the PSII investigators to explore those involved for possible action to be taken.
