NCPD and CPLT carried out
community engagement activity at Gegehma

CPLT talk on crime prevention during the community engagement

The National Crime Prevention Department (NCPD) of the Royal Solomon Island Police Force (RSIPF) and the Chinese Police Liaison Team (CPLT) have jointly conducted another community engagement activity at Gegehma in Central Honiara recently.

The community engagement event is a continuity of the popular classic segments such as drone shows and martial arts interactions, the brand-new, self-written, self-directed, and self-performed program "Chinese People" song performance.

The program combines vocal performance with a swordsmanship show. The passionate singing and vigorous swordsmanship complement each other, and the stage presentation that combines strength and grace instantly ignites the atmosphere on the spot.

The CPLT officers interpreted the unique charm of Chinese culture to the fullest with highly infectious artistic expressions.

The audience was glued to their eyes, and applause and cheers rose and fell one after another, pushing the atmosphere of the event to a new climax.

In addition, CPLT has also added a safety knowledge popularization section to provide practical assistance to residents.

During the community engagement program, CPLT handed over ball game equipment, practical clothes, and other supplies to Gegehma residents.

Gegehma residents express their appreciation for the activities conducted, which bring more fun, and hope for such activities to be held more often.
