Siota school principal's house was rocked; two suspects were arrested
Tulagi police have arrested two suspects in their 20s for rocking the Siota school principal's house on 8 November 2025.
Provincial Police Commander (PPC) Central Province, Superintendent David Soakai, said it was alleged that the two suspects entered the school during lunch hour under the influence of liquor and committed the offence.
PPC Soakai said the suspects first entered the school kitchen in an aggressive manner and ate the student’s lunch without their permission and later went to the principal’s house.
Superintendent Soakai said the third suspect in this incident escaped when police arrived and is still at large. The suspects involved are from a nearby village.
Two suspects have been dealt with accordingly, charged with two counts of criminal trespass and intimidation, and later they were released on bail and will appear in court on a later date.
Tulagi police are working closely with the community for the arrest of the third suspect.
