Chief Superintendent Lenialu says, “The suspect has been handed over to Gizo Police Station by community leaders from Buleana, a good sign of working together with police.”

The suspect was on the run after alleged murder of a 22-year-old male person at Buleana community in Vela La Vela on 31 December 2018.

Police call on both parties to refrain from taking the laws in to your own hands but allow police to investigate and deal with the matter.
